RBL Flexible Putty (3 OZ):

Cures in 30 seconds or less, our UV Flexible putty is the perfect resin to use to fix scratches and imperfections in bumpers, panels, dashboards, and other flexible materials.

RBL’s 3″ Random Orbital Air Sander is the perfect tool for the job that has a medium-sized area to sand, but not enough to sand part or all of the panel.
