Simoniz Special Solvent is a liquid additive. Special Solvent is formulated to enhance the performance of whitewall cleaners and alkaline detergents. As a result it is an outstanding addition to liquid or powdered products. In addition Special Solvent must be mixed with the respective product in the field just prior to or at the time of application.
